'Coll. C. E. B.' so Charles Edward Britton, the same as ex herb.

Collectors's number might be 2889 but as there are often several
strange numbers on labels, best perhaps to ignore unless sure.

Also it's better to put 'Barmouth' in the location box [nearest named place] and "north of" in the box where you've correctly put "Shingle" as the sheet will then have an associated grid ref. and will turn up on a search.
