Upper Woodcote - I take this to far more likely be the area south of Wallington Surrey, TQ2962, rather than Upper Woodcott North Hampshire as previously edited. The latter is in a totally rural area and very far from Wallington in South Hampshire. However I can't find Newton Road

Newton Road runs NE from OS TQ292610, only about 200m long!
