N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Hi windercot,
welcome to herb@home Smile

You've been a bit unlucky to get an awkward sheet like this one so soon after starting.

Based on the style of the label and handwriting the collector was Joseph Woods. He had an eccentric way of formatting dates, consisting of the 19th century year as the first two digits, follow by the month and then the day with no punctuation.

So that the date on this sheet '33516', corresponds to 16th May 1833.

Many of Woods' collections were from Sussex, so it's probably safe to assume that this sheet refers to Heathfield, East Sussex (see map below).

There's also a second specimen on the same sheet from Southampton. It's possible to transcribe the two as completely separate entries by clicking the green button at the top-left of the documentation form - which duplicates the whole form.

OS Grid reference TQ5720
