Google finds an image of a medieval city "Claudiopolis, Coloswar vulgo Clausenburg, Transilvaniæ civitas primaria" - Claudiopolis, Coloswar commonly Clausenburg, primary city of Transilvania - now Cluj, Romania but then Hungary. HUH has a botanist Antal Czetz (1801–1865) who appears to have collected in Transilvania. Does the label say 'Recd 4/74' i.e. the date when the specimen entered the herbaium at Cluj, after the death of Czetz?

I can now see the label reads exactly as per your info! - except the initial of 'C Czetz' but I daresay that could mean collected by? I'll edit in Czetz
