Cornucopia has details, and says: "Frederick Long (1840 = 1927) practised as a doctor in Wells-next-the-Sea until 1899, when he retired to Norwich." F[rederick] Long signatures on labels seem mostly to show a clearly written initial 'F', but which might be mistaken for a 'T'. The writing here is different. The collector could be someone else, or a mistranscription.
