I couldn't identify 'Wash Water Norfolk'. Jackson's other specimen for same month is from Fleet Pond Hants (E of Basingstoke), suggesting Wash Water on the Hants /Berks border at SU455635 (NW of Basingstoke) & that Norfolk is a slip of the pen
