N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Yes - Coomb Warren, OS TQ2070. On the same date Fraser also collected a specimen of Mentha gentilis var. wirtgeniana (378033) from Fieldhead, the house of Valentine Knapp in adjacent Kingston Hill.

Prof. A. Liversidge (Archibald), Professor of Chemistry, Original Member of the Society of Chemical Industry, lived at Field Head, George Road, Coombe Warren, Kingston, Surrey. I was wrong in thinking that Valatine Yapp lived in the house at this date, though he had it built in 1906. Liversidge moved in during 1914 see Archibald Liversidge, FRS: Imperial Science Under the Southern Cross by RM MacLeod.
