N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Assuming I've read the place-name correctly, I don't doubt the collector is H Fisher, even though the initial could be anything

The collector is likely to have been Henry Smith Fisher (1831-1881), co-editor with F M Webb of the Flora of Liverpool & District (1872-5) who collected in Lancs., Cheshire and adjoining counties.

Distinguish him from Harry Fisher (1860-1935) who collected in Hants and Dorset.

The plants attributed to "H Fisher" can probably be assigned to either of the above.

Census returns indicate that he was a "collector of the poor rate" and Precentor

At the time of his death in 1881, he lived at Dell Street, Liverpool.

He contributed to The Phytologist (as above), referenced in Science Gossip and various publications of local Scientific and Philosophical Societies.
