The handwriting examples on http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/382052/ and http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/381600/ strongly suggest the collector is R Lloyd Praeger. There seem to be a number of anonymous sheets in this style, eg
http://herbariaunited.org/core/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11985 Additional evidence is from sheets http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/381948/ and http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/382193/ given they were collected from Templeogue at the same times as other R Lloyd Praeger specimens, and similarly http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/381621/ with respect to Ballyvaughan. So far, most of the examples I've seen are from GALW, but a DBN example of the style of label is given by comparing http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/231936/ and http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/232703/
