There seems to have been a fern collecting trip to Seecaun Mountain on 23/10/1931, judging from h@h specimens: three of Blechnum spicant and one of Polypodium vulgare, but where is it?

Dublin Naturalists' Field Club, 20 June 1914, made an 'Excursion to Jobstown and Seecaun'. The mountain is described as being 2,161 feet (658.7m). The party reached it from Ballinascorney (O071226), and afterwards descended to Bohernabreena (O098238).

From Simon Stewart's list of mountains the best candidate seems to be 'Seahan Dublin/Wicklow, O081197, 648m', the Irish name for which is 'Suíochán'. Mapped HERE.
