'Kent' I would say (though it could be read 'Hereford'?). Update - I found more than 15 similarly labelled anonymous specimens from Kent, between 1839-50, eg one from same year: http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/238823/ They are mostly ex herb Charles Bailey and
John Wilson Rimington
