I think the location here is 'Mordiford, Hereford[shire]', in which case communicated by Robert Maulkin Lingwood, who lived there.

The other possibility, Mrs Edmund Lingwood, appears unlikely as Kent & Allen has 'fl. 1823-1825' and just says her collections from Suffolk are at Ipswich.
