This sheet has two labels but one doesn't correspond with specimen

There are two specimens, the second label is on an envelope that probably contains fragments of the 1927 specimen.

Sometimes in cases like this the digitizer has opened the packet and photographed the enclosed contents separately - but that can be difficult and sometimes may risk causing damage without yielding much extra information.
