Documented as Thorley Hertfordshire, but this seems unlikely if the 4200 refers to altitude in feet! Other labels on the sheet have what looks like Thörle am Eibsee - a hill/mountain west of lake Eibsee in Bavaria Germany. May have a double summit so perhaps also Thörlen or Thörln.
