Haesendonck doesn't seem to be a place name; the interweb gives a collector Gerard Constant van Haesendonck 1810 - 1881 in Belgium at this time http://www.br.fgov.be/RESEARCH/COLLECTIONS/HERBARIUM/importantcollectors.php
