Cannot decipher collector's name, despite the very distinctive handwriting.

'Possibly 2 taxa on sheet? 'with young oval leaved S lanata called by Dr White S st.....' The info before the date may be a place name (South of island??). NB pencil note 'herbacea x lanata ?' (= S x sadleri Syme). I don't know if http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/385457/?image is relevant
