The collector says "N. Yorks", so it can't be Lancs. It is worth remembering that the collector was the man on the spot and usually knew where he was, even if we don't. Baker collected much about Thirsk.

I suggest Cleaves SE4983, just west of lake Gormire and about five miles east of Thirsk.
