N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Probably should be put in the bin

Dear Quentin,

I'm not sure it should be binned. It's ex herb William Sole who died in 1802 so it's probably an 18th century specimen. He's also the author of the name Mentha x gracilis. I'd say the specimen, scrappy though it is, is of historic interest and possibly also has some taxonomic value.

Kind regards,

Leander
