Looking at the Powells on the site, J T P seems to fit the bill. I think he is another Ley associate. It is Ley's writing.

fwiw :think it says something like The Bell Orle (?) - there is a Bell Alders and a Bell farm near the Golden well ?? There is another sheet with Bell Orls / Oris
