N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Can't make out word on lower label all after "slightly" and if the "30 bits about 20 sets" "Bailevay"(?) and "Wilden oviana" are relevant...any ideas?

Medicago lupulina var. wildenowiana (Koch): there are references to this taxon in e.g. Journal of Botany XXXIII (1895), (if you can be bothered).

"hairy and slightly glandular pods. Railway"

"30 bits: about 20 sets": I imagine this is his personal record of the material he supplied to the Exchange Club (note that the other label has been mechanically reproduced by a roneo type process and presumably further copies of the label accompanied the other specimens).
