This label & handwriting not familiar to me, and a search of sheets for this locality, date, or herbarium didn't reveal any similar collections or clues to the collector

It doesn't help with the collector, but at least we can know that it is Bangor, Caerns, and not anywhere else?

Thanks - how did you find that ??! Have amended entry.

Having an exact date, I searched "specimens" putting the date in both the "from" and "to" boxes (a trick I learnt from David Price). That limited the search to just 37 results with the Caerns ones being the only possibles
