N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

No luck locating this site - unless it is the Taxmere Farm, east of Congleton SJ785625 (right sort of county) - where the modernmap shows large flooded sandpits. Putting the month and Derbyshire into the machine seemed to produce all the usual dales localities but not any near here. The adhesive strip could be an interesting philatelic relic!

The Y does look suspect; Taxmere / Tax Mere is referenced on another sheet (also summer 77), as you probably found

the omniscient google indicates now used for angling.

Based on other sheets now seen, the site is Taxmere (not Taymere!) in Cheshire; and the style of printed sheet is Mrs F S Bennett's (collected in Cheshire)
