Could it be Tal-y-Llyn in Merionethshire rather than Breconshire, in which case there is a near by place 'Rugog' which might conceivably have been corrupted into Ruago (which is how I read the first part of the label).

You (or anyone logged in) can make changes, using the 'Edit the sheet' link in the feedback request post above. Most specimen-level edits (changes affecting a single sheet) can be made in this way.

Modifications to the system-wide term lists e.g. localities, collectors, taxon names etc are currently not open-access for editing, as changes to these can impact on many records. So if you spot mistakes with localities or collectors that are already in the dictionaries then please let me know and I'll update them.
