Yep, looks like "Large island of Arran" so assuming he would have known 'Holy Island' by its name that only leaves Pladda NS028193 of the southern end....

This ex herb William Hillhouse specimen bears a label stating: "for Mr Babington, Large Island of Arran, DM" which suggests:-
ex herb C C Babington
Inishmore, Aran Islands, West Galway vc 16
