IPNI has S. debilis = S.maritima so although there is a Holme Marsh in Herefords it seems an unlikely location!

i looked to see what other Holmes there are and realised there are many - so could be a bit tricky! There wasn't any other collection of this species for Holme in Norfolk. The species grows all round the coasts apparently. So, not elementary my dear Watson....

Thanks for that. Having done the same exercise I agree it is ambiguous! What about the handwriting?
