I was about to say Cornus sanguinea and edit it but I had a look at New Atlas and see that C. sanguinea is unrecorded from the area (as are C. alba and C. sericea; tho' it looks like C. sanguinea). Better then that someone with local knowledge has the last word.

Not recorded to my knowledge, but could well have been planted in a hedge and it is somewhat calcareous near the sea there.
