I can't read the place-name, which is likely to be in France. http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/272443/ is from the same source, and gives a suggested identity for Noe. I've had slight frustration, having seen a couple more of these distinctive Noe labels on the system, of grasses I think, but now cannot find them, perhaps because I don't know how to type in the accent of the e; I think mossysal had one of the specimens on the message board about a month ago, and that photo cut off part of the sheet that might have given another clue.

I now think the rest of the label 'Osscia a Iacuso'???? might just be a place name in Croatia as Noe seems to have collected at Fiume (nowadays Rijeka) where he once lived; but this would need a map of Rijeka with the old Italian names
