No but I have been thinking about it, and indeed have just spent an hour or so trolling Google for bit of information.
Chris Liffin pointed me in the direction in the first place.
Also there is a post from oldnick on the help and support board re Noe.
If nobody else wants to do it I am happy to give it a go.
I have just viewed an 8 minute film on "mounting a herbarium specimen" by the royal botanic gardens Edinburgh, very interesting.

Is this plant is Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew)? The label says Pyrethrum (now Tanacetum) corymbosum (Scentless Feverfew).

The label is in Latin; all I can read is ".... in sylvis" (in woods).

I ran it through a Latin and Greek translator plus looked it up in our Latin dictionary with no success, it would have helped if I had not got my S's and F's mixed up, will look further.
As to name you are right it is differently not Chrysanthemum leucanthemum for a start, it does look like Tanacetum parthenium, both grow commonly here.
Have made the change.

I have made some progress regarding Friedrich Wilhelm Noé and I will try to find some way of posting this, then as I discover more I will update the post.
I have updated one of the sheets I did with a place name and approximate date.
