N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Taxon? Polygala does not seem to be marshy!

There is Marsh Farm just NE of Leagrave and its, now a housing estate. TL0625 ..and from the geological map of Bedfordshire at http://www.bedfordshiregeologygroup.org.uk/images/maps/Bedrock2.jpg the Marsh Farm seems to be on the "Middle chalks" so may have had calcareous grasslands that the Polygala allegedly like.. Looks like P. vulgaris (using F Rose) on dubious basis of what look like smaller lower leaves and stem leaves wider below the middle... inner sepals being out of view!
