N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Please confirm the location, and check site info is correct. Unclear if date is 10/08/1914 or 08/10/1914. Thanks

"towards Morden". Both Merton and Morden are on the pick-list, but ambiguous, though 'Raynes Park' indicates that Surrey is the VC to choose.

Most British numerical dates will be given as day/month/year. Britton does so but uses Roman numerals for day and month, which can cause confusion when the day is I or II, easly misread as 1 and 11! There are exceptions to this rule, notably CC Babington who often writes 'month/day. year'.
