N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I can't identify anywhere called Pontperthog, Perthog or similar. Montgomery has been entered as a notional location

Pantperthog is in VC48 Merionethshire, west of the Afon Dulas, which is the boundary with VC47 Montgomeryshire to the east. Located in 1km square SH7404 which has just its south-east corner in VC48. On some early OS maps the name is placed on the east side of the river!

Yes, I know it well! As you say, the River Dulas is the boundary between VCs 48 and 47 with only the SE corner being in VC47.
On the Meirionnydd side there is a good site for Purple Toothwort, Lathraea clandestina.

I have corrected the sheet.
