Confusing labels. The Lousley label may relate to a different illegible site. The handwritten label appears definitely to be F Townsend's, complete with 'herb Hume / SLBI' serial number, and unlikely to have been re-labelled by Lousley

The Lousley label could just say Sup[ra] - i.e. reiterating the information above.
