2nd collector of Studland Heath specimen assumed WRL, not EFL. Also I did not find a good handwriting match between either of them and the printed label of River Plym Devon.

I don't think so. There are other sheets from EFL from Dorset that month but none from WRL.
Can't help with handwriting on printed label tho', nor Ruanfell Quarry! Smile
