It's best to document this as though it was three separate sheets, by filling in multiple copies of the documentation form. You can add additional duplicate copies of the form by clicking the green cross button near the top right corner of the form.


For this sheet specimens 1-18 are from Milford, Surrey. Collected by E.S.Marshall on 24/3/1894 (ex. herb C E Salmon)
