J B in Surrey etc in the 1960s - 70s is Jean Byatt; she sometimes collected with Wallace.

Yes, she's in the list as 'Mrs Jean Irene Byatt' but I am not sure she collected with Edward Charles Wallace who was active ~1924 to ~1944.

The reference 25B4 suggests TQ25I which fits with Burgh Heath.

There are various collections together with Wallace on H@H, regardless of his age.

Yes, although there are gaps in his collecting, I now find his lifespan to be 1909-1986 see HERE [pdf].
