Documented by dawn nelson on 30th March 2013. Edit historyDocumented by dawn nelson on 30th March 2013. Edit historyN.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names. Log-in to edit this sheet.

Mount Rigi, Schwyz, Switzerland, not far from Lucerne; Vallance and Dixon also have a specimen this month from Mount Pilatus, in the same area. I would suggest Monte Rosa for the other, but it is far to the SW in Valais, on the Italian Border |

A H Vallance born 1893 according to database, but collected 1892 - 1894.
Harvard University Herbarium has an entry for AHV but no dates.
Watsonia 22 p189 [pdf] refers to AHV collecting with HN Dixon 1893, so I think the dob is wrong. |
