N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Hi, welcome to herb@home Smile

I'm sorry to have been so slow to reply to your post.

With this sheet, 'identified by' could be filled in as 'J.E.Dandy and G. Taylor, 1943' (taken from the additional label attached to the sheet). For most specimens the field can just be left blank (e.g. there's no need to fill in the original collector's name).

Looking at the sheets you've done so far (thank you!), you have filled in all the information needed, however I noticed that you have entered the collection sites in the free text locality 'notes' section. Sheets will be more easily indexed and mapped if you can pick a site from the drop down lists ('placename', 'county' and 'country'). Using existing sites, already in the system, allows related sheets to be grouped and allows many collection sites to be automatically assigned approximate grid references.

regards,

Tom Humphrey
