Many places aren't - yet. If it is very clear as in this one, I just add it in as you have. :D

Tom are we doing the right thing? or would it be better to alert you to new locations?

It's fine to enter new locations that aren't on the list.

If a place name not on the list crops-up repeatedly then maybe post a note about it, so that it can be added to the drop-down lists.

(e.g. Roydon Common has been used for seven different sheets)
