Biography
Born Brighton 16 April 1833.
Worked as a grocer in Brighton 1815-1890.
From 1905 member of the Botanical Exchange Club of the British Isles.
Honorary curator of Brighton Museum, where he conserved the herbarium of Freeman Clarke Samuel Roper.
Died, Brighton, 10 February 1912.
