Born 12 December 1823 Ross on Wye, Herefordshire.
1855-1857 Durham University.
1857 ordained into Church of England.
1857-1865 served at Tickenhall, Derbyshire.
1865 Lydney, Gloucestershire.
1866-1870 Gloucester.
1870-1903 Alstonfield, Staffs.
Died 16 December 1903
1889 Coauthor with Rev Augustin Ley of 'Flora of Herefordshire'.
He was a member of Woolhope Naturalists' Field Club.
